Deed of Covenant

The Deed of Covenant, dated 1851 still governs Cressington Park, and has many implications for residents of the Park, most notably the Annual Park Call payment required from all plot owners.

To help new residents, we’ve produced a downloadable Summary guide to the Covenant. You can also download the full transcription of the original Deed of Covenant. Please note that we do this to help people understand the main obligations imposed by, and rights enjoyed under the Park covenant, and is not to create any definitive legal guidance.

If you have concerns about something on the Park breaching the covenant then please contact the Trustees.
