Cressington Park is a private estate in Liverpool established by covenant in 1851, containing a diverse mix of houses from Victorian villas to large new builds, and home to Cressington Railway Station.

The estate is a designated Conservation Area, and the community is committed to maintaining the peaceful, leafy character of this beautiful park, from the Grade II listed Lodge at the entrance, to the elegant Esplanade running along the river Mersey.

The Park is still governed by the original Deed of Covenant, administered by Trustees.

As a private residential estate, we would ask that you contact the trustees if you are seeking to organise any group visit to the Park, filming within the Park or undertaking any utility works.

Please be aware, parking restrictions apply within the estate.  If you park without a valid resident’s permit you may be liable to a fine of £85.

Please also note that, as a private residential estate, the roads and walkways within Cressington Park are not maintained by the local authority and people entering the Park do so at their own risk.
